Beautique Day Spa and Salon is seeking licensed, motivated, and customer-focused Service Providers to join our dynamic and growing team. This listing covers multiple positions, including Hair Stylists, Associates, Estheticians, Massage Therapists, and Nail Technicians. Whether you're just beginning your career or are an experienced professional, we offer the structure, education, and environment to help you thrive.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized guest experiences through high-quality services in your area of licensure.
  • Maintain current Texas licensure and follow all requirements established by TDLR and/or the Texas Department of Health and Human Services.
  • Uphold the highest sanitation standards and strictly follow manufacturer instructions for all chemicals, tools, and products.
  • Contribute to a fun, collaborative, and professional team environment focused on guest satisfaction and team success.
  • Use in-salon systems like Vish to accurately measure and track chemical usage, ensuring cost transparency and client trust.
  • Educate guests on appropriate retail products and at-home care to support their wellness and beauty goals.
  • Actively build your business through rebooking, referrals, waitlist management, and client engagement.
  • Participate in in-house education, meetings, off-site events, and department development opportunities.
  • For Associates: engage fully in our structured training program and work toward building your book through Opportunity Days and performance goals.
