Are you the kind of person who hears a strange noise and has to figure it out? Do you love leading teams, solving problems, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine? If so, we've got the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be the engine behind our operation-leading a skilled team and making sure everything runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently every day.

Your impact will include:

  • Championing safety & food safety (GMPs, Lockout/Tagout, SQF, and more)
  • Driving results across quality, productivity, and cost goals
  • Leading and improving our preventative maintenance program
  • Coaching, training, and developing a high-performing maintenance team
  • Assigning daily tasks and making sure your team has what they need to succeed
  • Troubleshooting complex equipment and process issues like a pro
  • Keeping inventory stocked so critical parts are always ready
  • Collaborating with leadership and sharing daily updates on performance
  • Bringing fresh ideas to improve equipment, processes, and efficiency
What You Bring

We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You'll stand out if you have:

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (food & beverage = big plus!)
  • Strong technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, PLCs, ammonia refrigeration, boilers, etc.)
  • Experience with preventive maintenance systems, TPM, and work orders
  • Leadership skills that inspire teams and drive accountability
  • A knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet
  • Solid communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort using tools like MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

(Bonus points for technical or vocational education-but it's not required!)

Why You'll Love It Here
  • You'll lead, not just manage
  • You'll make a real impact every single day
  • You'll work with a team that values safety, respect, and collaboration
  • You'll have opportunities to grow your skills and career

If you're ready to take charge, build a strong team, and keep operations running at their best-we want to hear from you.
