Job Summary:

A leading provider of healthcare services in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Maintenance to join our team. As a Director of Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment and systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and kitchen equipment
• Develop and implement a maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and repaired
