A rapidly growing manufacturer in the food & beverage production industry is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a high-volume production environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing operations, enjoys building and developing teams, and has a strong focus on equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Manager:

As a Maintenance Manager, you’ll manage all maintenance operations within the facility, including preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability initiatives, and leadership of maintenance personnel. You will play a critical role in supporting production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and driving operational excellence.

Maintenance Manager Duties Include:
  • Leading and developing maintenance and technical teams within a 24/7 manufacturing environment
  • Managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime
  • Overseeing troubleshooting and repair efforts for automated manufacturing equipment
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and reliability
  • Monitoring maintenance KPIs including downtime, PM completion, and equipment performance
  • Collaborating with operations and engineering teams to improve plant performance
  • Managing maintenance budgets, inventory, and outside vendor relationships
  • Assisting with capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Supporting root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
What We’re Looking for in a Maintenance Manager:
  • 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Experience within high-speed production or automated manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Experience with PLCs, conveyors, motors, pumps, and industrial equipment
  • CMMS experience preferred
  • Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Continuous Improvement experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required depending on experience
