Entry-Level Maintenance Technician
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Shift: 5:30 AM–2:00 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour

Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with basic mechanical aptitude, experience using hand tools, and an interest in learning machine maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Performing Basic Machine Maintenance: Assist with routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment operating efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting Equipment Issues: Help identify and report mechanical problems while assisting experienced technicians with repairs.
  • Using Hand and Power Tools: Safely operate basic tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Conducting Preventive Maintenance: Assist with scheduled inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and equipment upkeep.
  • Maintaining a Safe Work Area: Follow safety procedures and keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
In addition, you will support the maintenance team with general repairs, equipment setup, and facility maintenance projects as needed.

  • Previous manufacturing, maintenance, mechanical, automotive, construction, or related experience is a plus.
