Job description

Like working with your hands, fixing things, and keeping things running? We’re looking for a Maintenance Lead who can jump in, take charge, and get the job done.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
On-Call: Rotating evenings/weekends required

Essential Duties:

  • Handle day-to-day maintenance across campus
  • Fix issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
  • Knock out work orders and keep up with preventative maintenance
  • Help with projects, setups, and seasonal work (including snow removal)
  • Step in as a leader and help keep things moving

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience
  • Solid all-around skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
  • Able to lift, climb ladders, and stay active throughout the day
  • Reliable and able to work on your own
