Description
The Assistant Maintenance Chief is responsible for leading maintenance operations within a high-volume commercial laundry manufacturing facility. This leadership role oversees maintenance technicians while ensuring production equipment and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. The Assistant Maintenance Chief develops preventive maintenance strategies, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates with plant leadership to maximize equipment reliability and operational performance.
This position is ideal for experienced maintenance supervisors, maintenance managers, industrial maintenance leaders, or military maintenance professionals who have a strong electrical and mechanical background and enjoy leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Previous leadership experience managing maintenance technicians.
