We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of apartment turnover including patching, painting, and flooring.
  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to perform physical activities associated with maintenance work is required.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
