Parc Provence, an assisted living and skilled nursing community, is seeking a dedicated Weekend Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Weekend Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our community's facilities, allowing our residents to thrive in a safe and comfortable environment.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to provide weekend maintenance support to our community. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Weekend Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to maintenance requests, and assisting with repairs and renovations.
Hours: Saturday & Sunday 8 hour Days
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Plumbing and electrical repairs
    • HVAC maintenance and repairs
    • Painting and finishing work
    • Carpentry and finishing work
  • Respond to maintenance requests from residents, staff, and administration in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with repairs and renovations, as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
