Maintenance Technician – Entry Level

.

  • $21 -23 /hr. plus full benefits

  • Monday, Wednesday – Saturday 02:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Tuesday and Sunday off) During probation, Monday – Friday 08:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m. (if possible)

  • Somerset, NJ

Requirements of the Maintenance Technician – Entry Level:

  • High school diploma required; technical school preferred

  • Able to lift and handle up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician – Entry Level:

  • Follow all safety rules and perform safe maintenance work

  • Complete preventive maintenance on machinery

  • Improve equipment condition and efficiency

  • Keep work areas clean and organized

  • Use power and hand tools as needed

  • Participate in required training

  • Wear proper PPE for safety and food‑manufacturing environments

  • Maintain and repair production equipment, building systems, fire protection, and other facility areas
