Job Description
We are looking for a part-time maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic plumbing, electrical, and sheetrock skills, as well as experience with appliance repair. Knowledge of window AC units (PTECH) and washer/dryer repair is a plus.
Responsibilities
-Perform basic maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas
-Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance problems
-Oversee preventative maintenance for the entire property
-Experience with make-ready preferred
Qualifications
-Mechanically inclined
-Basic plumbing, electrical, and sheetrock skills
