Now Hiring: Experienced Multifamily Maintenance Technician – Hammond, LA


Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an Experienced Multifamily Maintenance Technician for a busy apartment community in Hammond, LA. If you have hands-on apartment maintenance experience and are ready to start immediately, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements (Required):

  • Multifamily apartment maintenance experience is REQUIRED
  • EPA Certification preferred
  • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
  • Ability to complete work orders and preventive maintenance independently
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • On-call availability is a plus

Job Duties:

  • Complete resident service requests efficiently
  • Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
  • Assist with apartment turns and make-ready units
  • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests when needed
