Sunrise Detox:
Position Title: Maintenance Specialist
Sunrise Detox is a premier center for drug and alcohol detoxification. Sunrise is committed to providing one of the most comfortable medical detox experiences available. We believe in creating a dignified road to recovery where clients receive compassionate care in modern, comfortably furnished surroundings. Nutrition is an essential part of the detoxification process, and we provide both individual and group counseling along with 12 Step meetings to support clients throughout treatment and beyond.
Maintenance Specialist Job Description:
This position is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility buildings and grounds at Sunrise Detoxification Centers. The Maintenance Specialist helps ensure a safe environment for patients and staff while maintaining compliance with internal policies, JCAHO standards, and Federal, State, and Local regulations related to healthcare facility operations. This individual is responsible for communicating supply needs, maintaining adequate inventory levels, and completing routine maintenance and preventative care throughout the facility.
Maintenance Specialist Requirements:
โ€ข Candidate must be highly organized
โ€ข High School Diploma or GED required
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain strong attention to detail
โ€ข Experience or training in the following:
HVAC maintenance and preventative maintenance
Plumbing repairs including toilets and sinks
Electrical repairs including lights, outlets, and fans
โ€ข Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
Maintenance Specialist Schedule:
โ€ข Full Time
โ€ข Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
โ€ข Must be available for facility emergencies as needed
Maintenance Specialist Compensation:
โ€ข Competitive hourly rate based upon experience
