Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our maintenance team at our Wellsville, New York facility. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities. Your exceptional attention to detail and mechanical skills will be essential in maintaining the functionality of our equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

    • Preventive maintenance of facility and utility components, office equipment, and mechanical, air conditioning, heating, and electrical systems

    • Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with equipment and systems

    • Document instructions and procedures for preventative maintenance tasks

  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff members to ensure effective and efficient maintenance operations
