Pay: $17/hour

We are currently hiring for a low-hour part-time maintenance position for programs in the International Falls area. Best for someone looking for side work.

As a Maintenance Worker you will provide maintenance and repair services for multiple residential homes maintaining licensing and code standards and LSS safety standards. You will inspect the homes routinely to check for needed repairs and provide ongoing maintenance of the heating and AC systems. You will maintain and service program vehicles and assist with capital improvements to program properties as requested by the program Director. You will perform all duties with a positive customer service attitude.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Basic skills in the areas of plumbing, electrical, construction and engine repair/maintenance.
  • A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and a Motor Vehicle Check.
  • Successfully meet the requirements of a background check.
  • Ability to read, write and solve problems.
  • Ability to accept/follow through with direction and suggest and implement strategies to enhance service.
