GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: A maintenance Worker at AccessStar Community Living Services is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of the facilities within the community. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for residents. Maintenance Workers may be involved in tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs. They play a crucial role in responding to maintenance requests, addressing issues promptly, and implementing preventive maintenance measures. Additionally, these workers may collaborate with other staff members to coordinate maintenance schedules and contribute to the overall well-being of the community's infrastructure. The position requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to support the overall mission of AccessStar Community Living Services.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION(S):
