Job summary: The maintenance worker under the supervision of the owner and the maintenance team leader. The maintenance worker will be responsible for non-specialized maintenance in the building, particularly in simple plumbing, electrical or carpentry work. The incumbent will also be called upon to manage recycling and waste, snow removal, various deliveries, preventive maintenance and various repairs.

Responsibilities: Simple plumbing: replacement of toilet, water supply (speadway). Simple electricity: change neon lights or bulbs. Simple carpentry: Installation of an interior door Be responsible for landscaping maintenance; Ensure snow removal; Any other related task related to the position.

Requirements: Driver's license for occasional travel; French spoken and written / functional English; Have experience in similar functions or renovation; Training in building maintenance is an asset; Demonstrate a team spirit and collaboration.
