The Role As a Landscaper, you will be part of a team ensuring all aspects of landscaping, irrigation, horticulture, and snow removal across the community and common property are maintained to Club standards.
Key Responsibilities โ€ข Installation and maintenance of landscapes, irrigation systems, and seasonal plantings across homesites, clubhouse, lodge, equestrian barns, and golf course edges. โ€ข Manage horticulture and botany: tree, shrub, perennial care, pruning, pest/disease management.
Requirements
โ€ข Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
โ€ข Strong record-keeping skills: maintenance logs, scheduling.
โ€ข Valid driver's license; on-call availability during snow season.
โ€ข Ability to work outdoors year-round in mountain conditions.
โ€ข Desirable Traits
โ€ข Landscape project planning and budgeting.
โ€ข Familiarity with HOA/ARB architectural and site guidelines.
โ€ข Experience with turf and agronomic practices preferred
