On-site: This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Bedford, IN location on a full-time basis.
The Role:
The Health Center Supervisor is responsible for direct management of nursing staff and delivery of clinical operations at the Bedford site. They guide and support medical staff, promote communications, monitor medical programs, integrate with the local business, be responsible for the site emergency response program, and promote health and well-being.
What You'll Do:
  • Supervision of Day-to-Day Health Center operations
  • Lead and Develop Direct Reports
  • Promote communication
  • Integrate with Business Partners
  • Maintain Health Center Compliance
  • Monitor Physical Exam Program
  • Support Medical Emergency Response Activities
  • Support Wellness/Wellbeing initiatives at the site

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
  • 5+ years of nursing experience required
  • Valid state nursing license
  • Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
  • Ability to lead change within work groups and departments

What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Prior leadership experience in a medical environment
  • Certification as Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or Occupational Health Nursing Specialist (COHN-S) preferred
  • Demonstrates creative and critical thinking
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous Supervisory experience in a medical environment
