Job description

The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for general building and track maintenance which includes performing electrical work, plumbing, and AC diagnosis/repair. Depending on the need, the General Maintenance Technician will be operating equipment on site, including a forklift, boom and scissor lift, water truck and tractor. The General Maintenance Technician is also responsible for some data entry and updating and maintaining spreadsheets.
This position is located in Wittmann, AZ.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years of general maintenance experience or equivalent military experience
• Self-motivated, flexible and works with little to no supervision
• Displays some mechanical and electrical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office programs, including Work, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
Preferred Skills
• Equipment operation experience, including a forklift, boom/scissor lift, water truck, and tractor
