Summary:
Performs general maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of carpentry, doors, hardware, drywall, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical repairs.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
Duties:
  • Complete preventive maintenance work orders.
  • Repair building components.
  • Install hardware and fixtures.
  • Perform minor carpentry and painting.
  • Assist other maintenance trades.
  • Maintain maintenance records.
