Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities

· Comprehensive daily/weekly checklists

· Use a work order system

· Maintenance of tools and supplies

· Keep maintenance areas clean and organized

Requirements

- 2+ years of commercial painting experience

-2–5 years of maintenance experience (preferred school or commercial)

· Valid driver's license

· Background check/fingerprinting (required for schools)
