Job description

Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Tech for our properties in Sherman, Texas.

The successful candidate will:

  • 1-3 years general maintenance experience
  • EPA certification (a plus)
  • A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
  • The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community.
