We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who knows their way around a system, enjoys solving the tough problems, and wants to be part of a team that values its people as much as its customers.

If you’re the kind of technician who hears a strange noise and immediately starts figuring out why—we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the face of Diamond in customers’ homes and businesses, bringing technical expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to doing things right.

Your day may include:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Work on a variety of equipment, including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and more.
  • Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to keep systems operating safely and efficiently.
  • Explain problems, solutions, and recommendations to customers in a way they can actually understand.
  • Complete service tickets, job documentation, and other paperwork accurately and on time.

  • Take pride in maintaining your tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
  • Continue developing your skills through ongoing training, new technology, and certifications.

What Makes Someone Great at Diamond?

We’re looking for more than someone who can turn a wrench.

You’ll fit in well here if you:

  • Take pride in your craftsmanship
  • Show up ready to work and follow through
  • Treat customers, coworkers, and apprentices with respect
  • Approach problems with curiosity and persistence
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Believe doing the right thing matters—even when nobody is watching
  • Want to continue learning and advancing your career
  • Can work safely and confidently in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, mechanical rooms, and other challenging environments
Requirements:

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–5 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience
  • HVAC Apprentice Card
  • EPA Certification
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Benefits That Take Care of You.

  • Medical insurance paid for employees
  • Affordable medical options for your family
  • Vision and dental plans with low premiums
  • HSA and copay plan options
  • 401(k) with competitive company matching

  • 6 paid holidays
  • Ongoing training and professional development
