Job Location:
Vishay Electro-Films is located in Warwick, RI.
What you will be doing:
  • Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings
  • Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment
  • Use test and diagnostic equipment as required
  • Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required
  • Perform equipment modifications as directed by Equipment engineer
  • Calibrate equipment as needed
  • Work with Process Engineering team on qualifications
  • Pay Rate is $25-$30 hourly based on experience

What you will bring along:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of related equipment maintenance experience required
  • Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision; excellent computer, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Comprehensive troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Ability to perform all work functions with required PPE
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
