Become a Key Player as a Maintenance Tech

You will help keep critical manufacturing and facility systems running reliably by performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Your work directly supports operations, production, and facilities teams onsite in Erlanger, KY. This is a Contract To Hire position working onsite.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Perform maintenance service and repairs on assigned equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, replace, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment (air compressors, air dryers, dehumidifiers, cooling towers, CNC machines, injection molders, presses, oil heaters, etc.).
  • Follow detailed operational instructions and prints for job setups and repairs.
  • Complete work orders and log required data in the CMMS (eMaint) including parts used, equipment downtime, and hours worked.
  • Maintain a safe work area and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Support facilities functions and other assigned duties; work variable schedules including possible nights and weekends.
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting up to 480V.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CMMS (eMaint).
  • Basic PLC troubleshooting experience with Allen-Bradley and Watlow controllers (using Specview).
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work variable shifts and additional hours as necessary.

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Experience with CNC machines and injection molding equipment (a plus).
Pay Range

$25.00- $30.00/hour
