At Turf Tech, LLC, we’re an established landscape and outdoor service company serving Louisville and surrounding areas, and we’re looking for hardworking, dependable team members who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a strong team environment.

As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll help maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the Louisville area while working alongside experienced crew members and leaders.


What You’ll Do
  • Trim grass around buildings, trees, fences, and obstacles
  • Edge sidewalks, curbs, and landscape beds
  • Blow off sidewalks, driveways, patios, and hard surfaces
  • Assist with property cleanup and debris removal
  • Operate commercial landscape equipment safely and responsibly
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Work efficiently as part of a professional lawn maintenance crew
  • Help maintain clean, professional-looking properties for customers
What We’re Looking For
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Dependable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
