Job description

Revit Mechanicals is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Master Mechanic to lead and operate within our commercial HVAC maintenance division. This is a hands-on leadership role for a highly skilled mechanic who can supervise a maintenance team while actively working in the field servicing commercial HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive commercial HVAC experience, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and the capability to manage technicians while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise commercial HVAC maintenance technicians in the field
  • Perform hands-on service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, airflow, and control-related issues
  • Coordinate daily service schedules and field operations
  • Ensure projects and service calls are completed safely and efficiently
  • Communicate directly with property managers, building engineers, and clients
