The HVAC Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role within the Resturant Maintenance Team, ensuring optimal performance and safety of HVAC systems across multiple commercial building sites. This position involves regular travel to various locations, performing thorough inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs using standard and advanced tools and technologies, including diagnostic equipment and software for maintenance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect HVAC systems to identify issues and ensure proper functioning
  • Perform preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment
  • Refrigerant Maintenance also required.
  • Execute repairs and parts replacements as needed
  • Support HVAC system installations
  • Adhere to safety standards and compliance regulations
  • Test equipment performance using diagnostic tools
  • Manage tools and technology, including maintenance tracking software
  • Travel regularly to multiple commercial building sites

Preferred Qualifications
