The HVAC Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the optimal functioning and safety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Working independently within a small team, this technician performs maintenance, repairs, and component testing on-site while maintaining professionalism and clear communication with customers. With a focus on safety and efficiency, the technician operates company vehicles and documents all work thoroughly to support smooth operations and company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform system maintenance and component testing on HVAC units
  • Execute complete tear down and reassembly of HVAC components for cleaning
  • Operate company truck safely to and from local job sites
  • Maintain detailed records including before and after photos and maintenance sheets
  • Interact professionally with customers while representing the company
  • Comply with all safety protocols and procedures
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently

Required Qualifications
