Artic Air Conditioning and Home Services is a Palatka-based HVAC contractor that provides service, installation, and maintenance throughout Palatka, St. Augustine, and the Northeast Florida region, including Putnam, Duval, St. Johns, and Alachua counties. We are a family owned and operated business that has been providing Five Star HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) services for over 60 years! Job Overview
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems throughout our service area. Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers enjoy year-round comfort with efficient and effective heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. This position requires technical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer satisfaction — and it's an excellent path to grow into a Service Technician role with ongoing paid training.

  • Trade school attendance (preferred)
