HVAC Install Helper

Paid Training + Career Growth Gloucester County, NJ | $18.75 - $22.00/hour

If you've completed HVAC school (or similar training) and want to get into the field ASAP, this is your opportunity. You'll work side-by-side with experienced installers, learn real skills on real jobs, and build toward becoming a full HVAC Technician.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with installing residential heating & cooling systems
  • Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment
  • Support system replacements and new installs
  • Learn how to troubleshoot and set up HVAC systems
  • Keep job sites clean and safe
  • Represent the company professionally in customers' homes

Pay: $18.75 - 22.00 hourly, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
