Our client, a high-end Homeowners Association (HOA) in Carmel, IN, is seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Associate. This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking and has demonstrated longevity in prior roles. The position involves mostly outdoor property upkeep, ensuring the community remains beautiful and well-maintained.

What Responsibilities Will You Have as the Property Maintenance Associate?

  • Plant and maintain flowers and other landscaping, including spraying for weeds
  • Paint trash cans, mailboxes, and other community fixtures
  • Dig lines for irrigation systems
  • Perform general outdoor property upkeep and maintenance tasks such as common area clean up, changing light bulbs, and minor repairs.
  • When the weather is bad and during winter months, you will assist with annual preventive maintenance of common internal areas.
  • Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and aesthetics
