What You'll Be Doing

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming parts and inventory to ensure availability and quality
  • Maintain organized storeroom operations, including labeling, stocking, and cycle counting
  • Coordinate parts requests with maintenance teams to support equipment uptime and efficient repairs
  • Track inventory levels and initiate reorders to prevent shortages and minimize excess stock
  • Use systems/tools to manage inventory data, generate reports, and reconcile discrepancies

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory accurately and efficiently
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to support maintenance and operations teams
  • Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office applications to manage inventory, purchasing activities, reporting, and inventory records
  • Prior maintenance, storeroom, inventory control, parts coordination, procurement, or purchasing experience, including the ability to identify and understand maintenance parts and components
