The Entry Level Programmer works closely with experienced team members and end users to understand business needs, develop practical solutions, and ensure applications effectively support day-to-day operations. This position is designed for an individual beginning a programming career who demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks.

- Track assigned tasks and communicate progress, questions, issues, and potential delays to appropriate team members.

4. ERP Systems & Integration
- Develop a working knowledge of the company's ERP system, business processes, applications, and data structures.
- Assist with the development, maintenance, and integration of ERP-related applications and data with internally developed software and third-party systems.

- Assist in identifying opportunities to automate routine processes, improve application functionality, and enhance operational efficiency.
