Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the optimal functioning of our properties. This role involves overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating repairs, and managing a skilled team of technicians. The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure that all properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with local regulations. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellence are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities for assigned properties, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs and preventive maintenance.
