Overview
This is a full-time, onsite career opportunity based out of our Administrative Services Center location in East Petersburg, PA.
The primary responsibility of this position is to sort, scan, compile and package payments and deposits in accordance with established procedures defined customer specifications; identify sensitive protected information (credit and medical) and follow procedures to secure and store the information accordingly.
Responsibilities
  • Open, review, sort, index, interpret and classify incoming payments and deposits for processing, identify payment information and document types, ensure protected payment information is processed and provided to the intended party
  • Scan incoming payment and deposit documents for processing utilizing high speed scanning equipment, perform quality inspection of scanned images in accordance with processing standards
  • Sort, assemble, package and ship processed materials in accordance with customer requirements, follow procedures established by preferred delivery vendors
  • Identify and secure sensitive protected information (medical and credit) in accordance with internal procedures and applicable regulations, document the destruction of sensitive documents at expiration of storage term

Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: Or equivalent. (Required)
Experience
6 months Demonstrated Ability to operate office equipment. (Required)
