Local Sales Manager Oklahoma City, OK (3,000 Monthly Salary + Commission)

W9/1099 responsible for own taxes; W2 may be offered based on performance

Join Oklahoma City spa as a Local Sales Manager and focus on selling treatments, packages, and skincare products while guiding a motivated in-spa team. Your leadership will help achieve daily and monthly sales targets and elevate the client experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and support your in-spa sales team

  • Implement upselling strategies to boost treatments, packages, and skincare

  • Monitor daily net sales and suggest improvements

  • Maintain a positive client experience and high team morale

Work Schedule

  • In-person, 4 days per week

  • 810 hours per day
