Job description

Our growing southeast office is seeking therapists who want to add hours to their current schedule or therapists who are looking to grow with an agency who renders therapy to the community with integrity and with a strong commitment to the client. We are looking for therapists who will eventually become full time, doing 25 to 35 hours a week, but therapists who are looking to add 1 or 3 days a week are welcomed..

We are a CSW Intern approved site.

The owner has over 12ย years of experience in the behavioral health industry and the integrity of the agency, and its providers, are of the utmost priority. We care about the long-term affects of our and your licensure when it comes to rendering services the right way.

We will provide an office setting for you. We also have a HIPAA compliant telehealth system for your use.

We are credentialed with Medicaid FFS, Anthem BCBS Medicaid, Health Plan of Nevada Medicaid, Molina Medicaid, and Silver Summit Medicaid. You, in turn, will also be credentialed with these insurances. For fully licensed therapists, we are also credentialed with Medicare.

We utilize a HIPAA compliant EMR for all records and documentation. For potential therapists, having basic computer skills is a must.

Qualifications for the position:

  • Licensed in the state of Nevada as a licensed therapist or therapist intern
  • Credentialed with Medicaid as a QMHP (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, & Licensed Interns)
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent timeliness of administrative responsibilities
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Interpersonal skills and leadership ability
  • Knowledge of the creation of assessments, treatment plans, and CASII/LOCUS
  • Willingness to do some in-home therapy is a bonus but not expected

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
