Job Purpose

Work across assigned territories, categories and accounts to achieve new sales and grow existing licences (territories, categories and accounts may be reassigned from time to time depending on the needs of the business)

Responsibilities

Achieving the agreed annual sales budget, which will reflect department growth plans and KPI's

Researching, identifying and pitching new opportunities

Negotiating licensees

Working with the assigned lawyer to ensure contractual documentation is accurate

Ensuring coordination for assigned accounts with the product design and overall BR marketing/press team/social media teams

Preparing and providing regular, detailed updates to the Account Manager for onward sharing with stakeholders

Attending any stakeholder meetings/presentations as required

Knowledge and Skills Required

Dynamic and highly motivated individual with proven sales experience (5 years minimum)

Licensing background, or relevant sales experience in a fast-paced environment, closing complex deals

Great communicator

Strong attention to detail

Self-motivated and driven, but also able to contribute to a high-functioning team

Strong entrepreneurial spirit

Organised and efficient

Fast learner and a genuine love of TV shows and the industry is a must
