Job description

Legal Operations is responsible for day-to-day operational and administrative duties in the legal department. They will work closely with the management team, global colleagues, outside counsel and vendors.
General Responsibilities
โ€ข Key participant in providing effective indicators to facilitate resource allocation and other management decisions
โ€ข Coordinates Key Performance Indicators for monitoring and reporting of departmental performance on a monthly/quarterly basis.
โ€ข Collaborates in process improvements
โ€ข Key participant in existing processes for management and work to implement new approaches for customer service
โ€ข Organizes all ethic cases that come into the legal department from start to finish
โ€ข Collaborates with other businesses and functional groups to address departmental needs in a timely basis.
Experience / Qualifications
โ€ข A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
โ€ข Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
โ€ข Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
โ€ข Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
โ€ข Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

- Subpoenas & Records Management Support
- Coordinate settlements and related payment processing
- Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining uniform policies
- Support ethics case management: track cases, follow up on investigator status, maintain logs, and prepare data, analytics, and metrics
- Provide Litigation & Legal Operations Support
- Provide General Administrative & Legal Department Support including: managing regular correspondence, coordinating department events and logistics, assisting with budgeting tasks and perform special projects as assigned.
Base Salary Range:
$71,920.00 - $98,890.00
