Help Shape the Future of AI-Enabled Legal Operations


Our global technology client is seeking an experienced Legal Operations Program Manager to help drive the next generation of legal operations, workflow automation, and AI-enabled business processes.


This role sits at the intersection of legal, technology, operations, and data. The successful candidate will partner with legal professionals, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to modernize processes, improve visibility into key activities, and support the responsible adoption of AI solutions across complex business environments.


Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 10+ Months

Full-Time Contract | 40 Hours per Week


What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead initiatives focused on operational excellence, workflow modernization, and business process improvement
  • Partner with legal, compliance, operations, and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
  • Support the implementation and adoption of AI-enabled tools and solutions
  • Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and executive-level business updates
  • Improve data quality, process consistency, and visibility across business workflows
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive action plans from concept through execution
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, governance materials, and process standards
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and milestones while providing clear recommendations to stakeholders
  • Help establish measurement frameworks that support continuous improvement and informed decision-making
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption efforts for new technologies and business processes


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, legal operations, compliance, governance, investigations support, risk management, or related disciplines
  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to senior leaders
  • Experience implementing technology solutions, automation initiatives, or business process improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and user adoption
  • Experience handling confidential, sensitive, or highly regulated information
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting legal operations, eDiscovery, compliance, governance, investigations, or risk-related programs
  • Experience working with AI-enabled business processes, intelligent automation, or emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of case management, matter management, records management, or workflow platforms
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot and related productivity solutions
  • Experience partnering with technical teams to improve systems, reporting, and automation capabilities
  • JD, MBA, or other advanced degree is a plus
