Job description

Robert Half is partnering with a law firm in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Legal Operations Specialist who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.

Location: On-site in Greater Seattle Area

Duration: 3+ months, potential for extension/conversion

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and legal operations support, including e-billing, invoice processing, and report generation.
  • Organize, maintain, and digitize legal files, records, contracts, and NDAs.
  • Manage billing trackers, upload invoices, and coordinate with outside counsel on billing and reporting matters.
  • Assist with contract administration, obtaining signatures, and maintaining legal documentation.
  • Support matter management by setting up new matters and assisting practice groups with ongoing tracking and reporting needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting legal operations, legal administration, or a related function in a corporate or law firm environment.
  • Working knowledge of e-billing processes, including invoice handling and reporting.

The salary range for this position is $26-32/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
