The Learning & Development Coordinator is the operational backbone of our Learning & Talent Development (LTD) team. This role keeps our programs running smoothly — from scheduling and logistics to LMS administration and team communications. It's an ideal first role for someone who is organized, curious about learning and development, and eager to build a career in People functions.

This role sits at our Entry IC level. You'll build foundational knowledge of how our LTD function operates, develop relationships across the People team, and grow your contributions to larger team initiatives over time.

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for L&TD programs and initiatives
• Manage day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollment, completions, and reporting
• Support the team with vendor coordination, calendar management, and program tracking
• Maintain the L&TD content library, ensuring materials are organized, current, and accessible
• Draft internal communications, newsletters, and program announcements
• Support onboarding logistics for new hire learning experiences
• Assist with data collection and reporting on program participation and effectiveness
• Partner closely with the L&TD team to support day-to-day operational and administrative needs

• 0–1 year of experience; internships or relevant coursework in HR, education, communications, or a related field welcome
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Clear communicator, comfortable drafting emails, Slack messages, and simple documents
• Curious about learning technology and eager to develop LMS proficiency
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
• Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with Slack and project tools a plus
• Genuine interest in people development and building a career in L&D or HR

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $71,000 - $84,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
