Job Description:
Job Summary
Responsible for developing and facilitating education and training for employees to support continuous learning and professional development. Provides expertise in designing and implementing programs that enhance staff skills and competencies. Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements. Coordinates resources, collaborates with subject matter experts, and monitors progress to maintain excellence in workforce capability building and service delivery.
Essential Functions
โ€ข Delivers workshops, engagement programs, and employee development activities.
โ€ข Facilitates new team member orientation sessions to support effective onboarding and employee integration.
โ€ข Develops and implements learning resources and materials to enhance organizational development and employee education.
โ€ข Prepares training content, program documentation, and instructional materials.
โ€ข Collaborates with HR and organizational leaders to support alignment of learning activities with departmental needs.
โ€ข Assists with maintaining the learning management system to ensure accurate training data and reporting.
โ€ข Monitors progress of training programs and ensures accuracy of training records and compliance requirements.
โ€ข Collects, analyzes, and reports data from surveys, assessments, and feedback tools to evaluate effectiveness.
โ€ข Collaborates with HR and leadership to support change management, workforce planning, and talent initiatives, as needed.
โ€ข Prepares presentations, documentation, and communications to support learning & development efforts.
โ€ข Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related field
Experience Requirement: 0-2 years of experience in staff development, clinical education, training coordination, or healthcare operations
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
