Dive into an exciting opportunity to explore the fascinating world of rare freshwater fish and invertebrates! As a Paid Aquarist Intern, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the wellbeing of our aquatic residents while gaining hands-on experience in aquarium maintenance. Your enthusiasm for learning and strong work ethic will be your greatest assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Feeding Duties:

    • Assist in the daily feeding of various rare freshwater species, ensuring dietary needs are met.
    • Monitor feeding behaviors and report any abnormalities to the General Manager

  • Aquarium Maintenance:

    • Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance of tanks, ensuring optimal living conditions for aquatic life.
    • Assist in monitoring water quality and perform necessary adjustments.

  • Learning & Development:

    • Eagerly learn about different species and their unique care requirements.
    • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Work Ethic & Team Collaboration:
