We're looking for a Senior Content Consultant

This role is

We are seeking a Senior Content Consultant for Cornerstone OnDemand’s team focused on structuring content solutions for clients that are driven and delivered through CSOD’s learning and talent management systems. The role will be a subject matter expert (SME) on content to provide support and ensure the growth of our business through sales channels, to directly partner with reps to sell eLearning solutions to our clients/prospects, and structure comprehensive solutions and services in support of Learning and Employee Development/business initiatives. In this role, you will diagnose client needs and structure the ideal content solution from across a variety of content providers and pricing options.

In this role, you will…
  • · Become the “trusted advisor” or SME on all content solutions offered by Cornerstone
  • Understand and articulate the value of content solutions and pricing models across a variety of providers, subscriptions and pricing models
  • Achieve quota by connecting client organizations to products, services, and solutions while expanding the use of product lines/offerings in your territory
  • Interact with senior executives in target accounts to both build rapport, develop long-term relationships, and understand their key business/leadership development needs
  • Understand and work with each client’s unique business, performance, and cultural aspects; be able to develop a point of view from an outside-in perspective
  • Partner with the overall sales organization educating on the breadth and depth of solutions offered by the Content organization, marketplace trends and adoption metrics
  • Provide thought leadership through executable content strategies and partner with the sales organization to strategically grow business in targeted regions, industries, and client segments
  • Successfully achieve all quota targets
  • Maintain a high standard of client support and interactions as evidenced through consistent customer satisfaction and content renewals
  • Provide guidance on learning/development strategies and content programs that deliver business results
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as a Learning practitioner
  • Minimum 6 + years of demonstrated learning, professional services or content industry experience
  • Understand the adult learning process and alternate learning methods, tools and technology
  • 3 + years of experience working with HR-related software or services and eLearning providers
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
  • Understand the sales process for successfully selling solutions or services into HR/L&D/Legal or other related fields
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills required for client and internal interactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Political savvy and able to navigate the organization
  • Ability to deal with senior executives on complex business issues
  • Ability to independently handle many complex projects with an attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills and emotional maturity
  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations
