The Opportunity

The Senior Organizational Development Consultant designs and delivers leadership development programs, tools, and experiences that strengthen people leaders-especially at the Senior Leadership and Executive levels. This role owns solutions end-to-end, from needs assessment and design through facilitation and measurement.

How You'll Make a Difference

  • Own end-to-end leadership development solutions for people leaders (manager through VP/Director), from needs assessment through sustainment.
  • Create scalable learning journeys and leader-ready assets (facilitator guides, toolkits, job aids, microlearning) across in-person, virtual, and blended formats.
  • Design and deliver core leadership development programs (e.g., New Leader Onboarding, Manager Essentials, Leadership Coaching Circles, Senior Leadership Readiness Programs) aligned to leadership competencies.
  • Facilitate sessions for senior leader audiences and deliver practical, on-the-job leadership tools (coaching, feedback, team effectiveness) that improve engagement, development and performance.
  • Coach, consult, and influence leaders to drive adoption and behavior change, in partnership with HRBPs.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment (executives, HR, business leaders) and manage delivery plans for leadership development initiatives.
  • Measure impact and iterate using feedback, leader outcomes, and people metrics; share results and drive awareness with key stakeholders.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development or related field preferred)
  • Specialized knowledge generally acquired through additional coursework, professional certification, or Master's Degree (preferred).
  • 8+ years of relevant learning, OD, or HR experience, including needs assessment, design, development, and facilitation of leadership development programs for people leaders, ideally including senior leader (Director/VP) audiences.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver organizational development and leadership solutions.
  • Experience driving culture-change adoption across an organization (corporate and retail environments preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills that provide clear information and practical guidance in dynamic environments across the organization.
  • Strong ability to influence across levels. Direct people leadership experience preferred.
  • Comfort working in a high-change, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities.
  • Experience using learning systems and workforce metrics to support decision-making & track results preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
