You're a successful graduate of a college or university marketing program looking to focus your career in data and audience strategy using bestinclass digital platforms and tools.

You're a numbersdriven and technically competent individual, ready to hone your skills and make your move into the highdemand area of datadriven media activation.

You are a generalist media practitioner with a knack for numbers, capable of learning technical concepts and passionate about what this role has to offer.

This exciting role will give you breadth of experience across the data activation and digital analytics landscape. In this role you will be responsible for applying audience strategies to paid media campaigns, transforming performance data into actionable insights that inform targeting, optimisation, and commercial outcomes. This includes measuring and analysing activated audiences, supporting paid media optimisation, and managing financial processes related to audience activation and billing.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for key tasks across two main areas:

Data & Audience Strategy

  • Work with planning teams to turn campaigns into targetable audiences using best-in-class platforms
  • Apply audience strategies to paid media campaigns across platforms
  • Support activation of first, second, and thirdparty audiences in alignment with campaign objectives
  • Translate audience performance insights into optimisation recommendations for planning and activation teams
  • Ensure audience strategies are effectively implemented and measured across paid media executions
  • Report on outcomes to ensure audience strategies meet and exceed client objectives and goals

Finance Process & Invoicing Support

  • Support financial processes related to audience activation within paid media campaigns
  • Track activated audience volumes, usage, and delivery to ensure accurate billing inputs
  • Assist with preparation, validation, and reconciliation of invoices related to activated audiences
  • Partner with finance, operations, and activation teams to ensure alignment between audience delivery, campaign performance, and invoicing
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to audience activation costs or billing
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting to support financial accuracy and audit requirements
Qualifications

Experience: Essential

  • Graduate of a university or collegelevel media, marketing, advertising, or related program
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with an interest in datadriven media activation
  • Ability to interpret campaign and audience performance data and translate it into action
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to cope under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines autonomously

Experience: NicetoHaves

  • Experience with or knowledge of paid media platforms, ad servers, or audience activation tools
  • Familiarity with ad operations and adtech platforms
  • Exposure to audience data, segmentation, or targeting strategies
  • Exposure to financial reconciliation, invoicing, or operational processes within media environments

Salary 

Transparency matters to us. The salary for this position is $40k per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
