You'll be in charge of managing schedules, making meeting arrangements, organizing our database, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Compensation:

Responsibilities
• Serve as the operational right hand to the agent, managing day-to-day business activities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Protect the agent's time by handling administrative, operational, and occasional personal support so the agent can stay focused on revenue-generating activities.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by managing communication, follow-up, and support throughout every stage of the client journey.
• Own and maintain the CRM/database, including lead tracking, client records, follow-up management, and relationship-building touchpoints.
• Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across social media, events, print campaigns, and client engagement efforts while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
• Oversee showing and field operations, including scheduling, communication, coordination with showing partners, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Support transaction and business operations by managing contracts, timelines, reporting, expense tracking, and communication through closing.
• Build and improve systems, processes, and organizational structure to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
