Key Responsibilities
Training & Professional Development
• Participate in a structured sales training program covering packaging solutions, sales techniques, market analysis, and CRM systems.
• Develop a strong understanding of the flexible packaging industry, customer applications, and manufacturing processes.
• Learn consultative selling strategies and customer relationship management best practices.
Business Development & Lead Generation
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers through outbound outreach, networking, and market research.
• Generate and develop sales opportunities within targeted market segments.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Customer Engagement
• Assist with customer communications, product inquiries, and quote preparation.
• Support account development activities and relationship-building initiatives.
• Participate in customer visits and presentations alongside experienced sales professionals.
Sales & Marketing Support
• Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, operations, graphics, and production to support customer needs.
