Service Coordinator

Location: Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend
Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level |

Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend is looking to hire a Service Coordinator to join our growing service team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Position Overview

As a Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and scheduling service appointments

  • Coordinating courtesy shuttle rides, drivers, and pick-up/delivery service

  • Managing and submitting fleet business repair orders

  • Making occasional outbound calls to schedule recall work and generate new business

This is an entry-level position-no dealership experience is required. We're willing to train the right candidate!

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should be:

  • Customer service focused with excellent communication skills

  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient with basic computer software (Windows Office); able to learn new programs/portals quickly

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Strong attendance and punctuality

  • Drug test required
