These interns typically work on projects that involve team collaboration, problem-solving, and exposure to different aspects of an organization’s operations. The goal is to prepare interns for future leadership roles by providing mentorship, training, and hands-on experience. Such programs often include workshops, networking events, and opportunities to interact with senior leaders. This role is common in large corporations and organizations that invest in developing future managers.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build project management and interpersonal skills while gaining insight into how large organizations cultivate future leaders.
